heavy cream/half & half combo
Or use 12 oz evaporated milk

shredded sharp cheddar

Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
Add macaroni, butter, water, and salt to the Quick Cooker in that order.
Lock lid to seal. Set to Custom, and adjust time to 5 minutes.
When cook time has finished, press the quick release button to release pressure.
Stir milk into macaroni, and then stir in cheeses until melted.
